How we do it
CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE
Completing our Questionnaire enables us to understand where you are at in the building process. We can determine the size of your project and discuss any budget constraints.
MEET & GREET
A chance for us to meet with you to assess the property and discuss our services, processes and any plans you may have. You can let us know exactly what you want to achieve and we can work out timeframes for the project.
BUILDER’S PERSPECTIVE
An assessment of existing services along with the property’s land characteristics and planning requirements is carried out.
DETAILED COSTING
Once we have all the necessary information, a Preliminary Agreement is prepared. After agreement from both parties, a detailed customised Quotation is submitted.
CONTRACTS
After the Quotation has been accepted a Building Contract will be drawn up and signed by both parties, inclusive of any relevant documentation.
ONLINE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Access to our Online Client Portal is given prior to commencement of the build. This gives you full transparency throughout the whole project.
BUILD & CONSTRUCT
Daily updates via our Online Client Portal along with regular scheduled site visits, mean you are involved in every decision at every stage.
WELCOME HOME
We make sure you are happy with every aspect of the build, before handing over the keys.
